Glaze
A glaze/gloss is actually just another term for color. Glazes are most often semi-permanent hair colors used with low-level peroxides, which leave the hair soft and shiny for weeks. A glaze is most often used to refresh the color on the ends where grey coverage is not needed. Glazes are great after foils and can be formulated to enhance tones or neutralize unwanted tones in the hair. This process is often done at the sink and usually doesn’t take more than a few minutes to achieve the desired results. A clear glaze can also be done if shine is all you’re looking for, and who doesn’t want shiny hair?
